DELIVERY

Delivery within Switzerland is FREE, for all orders above CHF 50.- For orders below this amount, you will be charged with a fixed amount of CHF 3.-

Deliveries usually take 2-3 business days to arrive after the date the order was placed. You will receive a confirmation e-mail as soon as your order will leave our warehouse.

We only deliver in Switzerland under www.mysockfactory.ch. For International delivery, please visit www.mysockfactory.com

Our Logistics partner is SwissPost.

RETURN

The User may withdrawal from the contract within fifteen (15) days beginning on the day he/she received his/her parcel. In this respect, the User is entitled to get a full refund of his/her order’s price. He/ she does not have to justify his/her wish to cancel but he/she shall fill the return form attached to his/her invoice. He/she shall only bear the direct costs of returning the goods, unless otherwise stated in the User’s country of residence.

MY SOCK FACTORY will only accept returns of merchandise in their original condition and packaging.

Unless the product(s) presented a default, the shipping and handling fees will not be reimbursed and the customer supports the costs of return.

If MY SOCK FACTORY is responsible, all shipping fees for the return will be reimbursed.
